Order status definitions

  • Pending — order placed, waiting for your payment to clear (most common with bank transfer and direct crypto).
  • Processing — payment confirmed, your products are being packed and handed to Royal Mail. Tracking email goes out the moment the parcel ships.
  • Completed — parcel signed for at your delivery address and the order is closed.
