Tracking numbers are emailed automatically the moment your order is dispatched (usually within the same business day, before 12:00 cutoff). You can follow the parcel from our UK warehouse to your doorstep on the Royal Mail tracking website.
If you don't see the tracking email within 24 hours, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your order number — we'll resend it within an hour during UK business hours.
Order status definitions
- Pending — order placed, waiting for your payment to clear (most common with bank transfer and direct crypto).
- Processing — payment confirmed, your products are being packed and handed to Royal Mail. Tracking email goes out the moment the parcel ships.
- Completed — parcel signed for at your delivery address and the order is closed.
