Clenbuterol has an anti-catabolic effect which means it slows the rate of protein depletion and so increases muscle size. It is usually used after a steroid course to balance out the catabolic phase and so obtain maximum strength and muscle mass.

It also has the effect of burning fat without dieting due to increasing the body temperature and so burning calories that way. Possible side effects of Clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor (involuntary trembling of fingers), headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, possible muscle spasms, increased blood pressure, and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the product.

The usual dose for men is 5-7 tablets daily (100-140mcg) and for women 80-100 mcg/day are usually sufficient. Each bottle contains 200x0.02mg tablets
